Home Approval - Our Guarantee You can shop with confidence because, for most items, we will replace or refund an item, provided it is returned unused and in its original packaging and within 14 days from receipt of goods. Terms and Conditions All returned items are inspected before a refund is made. Standard Home Approval Period - Any goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt and in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund. Security Tags/Devices - Items carrying security tags and devices will not be accepted/refunded under our Home Approval Guide if these have been removed or tampered with. Damaged Items - Except where an item was damaged/faulty when delivered, we will not give a refund where an item is returned outside the Home Approval period or does not comply with the other terms of the Home Approval Guarantee. Charges If an item is returned that does not comply with our Home Approval terms and conditions, we will not refund you. The item will be returned back to you at your expense. You will be notified of this and other associated charges. This includes any items that are returned outside that stated Home Approval period. Your statutory rights are not affected Your Statutory Rights in addition to your right to reject faulty goods, in respect of most items, the law gives you 7 working days to change your mind and cancel the order.
